RAWALPINDI -- The Quran Khawani for late Kishwer Yasin, the widow of veteran journalist Mohammad Yasin, who had died on Wednesday at the age of 74 after a protracted illness will be held at the Media Town C-Block Mosque at 10am today (Friday).

Kishwar Yasin was the mother of senior journalists Asim Yasin of The News and Aamir Yasin of Daily Dawn and she was laid to rest at the Westridge graveyard after her funerl prayers were offered at the ground in front of the Media Town's dispensary.

A large number of the journalists from the twin cities attended the funeral.
