Credit of Interim Cash Dividend of Dolmen City Reit (03-09-2019).

Karachi: Dolmen City Reit informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the interim cash dividend @ Rs. 0.33 per share i.e. 3.3% for the year ending June 30, 2018 has been credited electronically into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders of the Company on September 03, 2019.

City REIT is Pakistan's first REIT scheme. It is a closed-ended, Listed Shariah compliant Rental REIT which offers investors to become Unit holders of two component of the Dolmen City project, Dolmen Mall Clifton and The Harbor Front.
