Court cannot interfere in policy matters: IHC.

ISLAMABAD -- Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Athar Minallah has remarked court cannot interfere in policy matters and government has to decide to bring back Pakistani students from China. The parents petition seeking return of their children from China came up for hearing before IHC here Friday. The federal government has been made respondent in this petition. Chief Justice remarked the children are in healthy condition in China and gratitude should be expressed over it. The parents told the court that that their children are facing shortage of eatables in China and we want court should give some order to government to bring back them from China.
