Corps Commanders review geo-strategic environment, security situation.

RAWALPINDI -- Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa presided over the 215th Corps Commanders' Conference at the army's General Headquarters on Tuesday.

According to a press release from the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the forum reviewed the geo-strategic environment and the security situation of the country.

The "progress of ongoing operations, fencing along Pak-Afghan border, situation along Eastern Border including Indian ceasefire violations deliberately targeting innocent citizens were also discussed," the ISPR said.
