Contractors' Association concerned over non issuance of funds.

SANGHAR -- The President of the Contractors' Association Iftikhar Ahmed Arain while talking to newsmen on Monday said that the contractors who were issued contracts for different schmes from the royalty provided by the oil and gas companies are facing many hardships due to non issuance of funds.
