Collaborative Endeavors: IPDS Explores Collaboration with China Study Center.

The Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies (IPDS) in Islamabad, Pakistan, welcomed Director Kausar Takrim, the esteemed Director of the China Study Center at the University of Peshawar. The purpose of the visit was to foster collaboration and strengthen ties between the two prominent organizations. The meeting aimed to explore potential areas of cooperation, promote academic exchange, and enhance bilateral relations. Director Takrim engaged in productive discussions with Farhat Asif, the President of IPDS, and Asif Noor, the Director of the Centre for BRI and China Studies. The meeting centered around identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutually beneficial initiatives. The esteemed delegates explored various areas of mutual interest, including research initiatives, joint conferences, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

Emphasis was placed on the significance of fostering future collaborations to maximize the impact of their collective efforts. IPDS, as a leading research and advocacy institution in Islamabad, has a track record of forging partnerships with renowned institutes. Previous memoranda of understanding (MoUs) have been signed between IPDS and the China Study Center, COMSATS University Islamabad, and the University of Sargodha, facilitating academic exchange and research cooperation.
