Cleanliness drive launched in Swat.

MINGORA -- The district administration in collaboration with the elected representatives launched a six-month-long clean-the-street campaign here on Tuesday.

Organised by WSSC Swat, the campaign began with the cleaning of the Mingora stream.

District development advisory committee chairman Fazal Hakim, commissioner Malakand division Riaz Mehsud, Swat deputy commissioner Saqib Raza Aslam, WSSC CEO Sheeda Mohammad, a large number civil society activists, officials of the district administration, WSSC staff and political workers also participated in the launch event of the cleanliness campaign.
