Clash leaves boy dead in Liaquatabad.

KARACHI -- A minor boy was killed and a young man wounded injured in Liaquatabad late on Friday night during a quarrel between neighbours.

Police said that six-year-old Aurangzeb Ahmed was shot dead and Mehboob, 30, was injured in Angara Goth.

Area SHO Ahmed Nawaz said that one suspect, Abbas Ali, was arrested.

He said a guest from Balochistan had stayed at the home of the suspect. Wounded Mehboob and the guest had some altercation and Abbas intervened.

He said both sides exchanged hot words after which Abbas resorted to firing, resulting in critical bullet injuries to the boy. He was shifted to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital from where he was taken to the Jinnah...
