Christmas celebrated across Sindh.

MIRPURKHAS -- Like other parts of the country, Christmas was observed on Wednesday here, in Sukkur, Jacobabad and Nawabshah when personnel of different law enforcement agencies were deployed at churches and other religious places to keep a strict watch on miscreants.

Members of the Christian community, including women and children, wore new clothes, offered prayers in churches for the progress and prosperity of the country. Later, they held different ceremonies to celebrate the occasion, exchanged greetings and gifts, and enjoyed lunches and dinners.
