Change of Chief Financial Officer of Summit Bank Limited.

Karachi -- Summit Bank Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that Syed Imran Hashmi has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the bank with effect from August 26, 2019 in place of Mr. Irfan Saleem Awan.
