Chairman HSATI expresses reservations over handing over SITE filter plant to WASA.

HYDERABAD -- The President Hyderabad SITE Association of Trade and Industry Mazhar-ul-Haq Choudhry has expressed his reservations over handing over the management of SITE filter plant to Water and Sanitation Agency adding that such move of Sindh Government could cause inconvenience to industrialists.

In a statement issued here on Monday, he said that though Sindh Government has made decision of handing over the operation of SITE filter plant following orders of the Water Commission of the Supreme court however, HSATI has apprehension that WASA management could effectively carry out the task of ensuring water supply to SITE in smooth direction.

Despite having autonomous organization, WASA is unable to meet the demands of the citizens of Hyderabad therefore It could possible for the management concerned to fulfill requirements of the industrial units of the area, he...
