CEO of Mongol TV Ch.Nomin was named Realscreen's Trailblazer of 2015.

Realscreen is the only international magazine devoted exclusively to the non-fiction film and television industries. The magazine believes that Ch.Nomin had a significant impact in the development of the television industry in Mongolia.

Realscreen noted that Mongol TV pioneered in buying intellectual property, and live broadcasting world renowned shows in Mongolia, as most of its broadcasters, 150 of them, often "turned to piracy to broadcast top programing they can't otherwise afford."

Mongol TV was the first broadcaster in the country to air the live broadcast of the Grammy Awards and the Oscars.

After signing a multi-season deal with Syco Entertainment and Fremantle Media, Mongol TV successfully organized Mongolia's Got Talent in 2015. Mongolia's Got Talent, which ended in early December after a 13-week run, earned 90 percent of the market share, breaking the ratings record in Mongolia.

"I think I never realized how a TV program can change a country's view of something or unite a country. With Mongolia's Got Talent, I see that Mongolia is in a crisis and everybody's having a very difficult time but this [show] has brought something bright into people's lives and united the country, which is amazing," Ch.Nomin told Realscreen.
