KARACHI: Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh Justice (R) Maqbool Baqar on Friday constituted a three-member "Inquiry Committee" headed by Commissioner Hyderabad to Inquire into the incident that took place in Sakrand Taulka of Shaheed Benazirabad district on September 28.
