Capital sees more infections, one death.

ISLAMABAD -- A Covid-19 patient died, while 83 more cases were reported in capital on Monday, the administration officials told Dawn.

The death on Monday was reported in the age group of 60-69 and the deceased was the resident of Shah Allah Ditta.

On Sunday, four deaths were reported, they said, adding that two were from the age group of 60-69 and one each from 70-79 and 80-89.

They were the residents of G-10, G-6, F-7 and Sohan, the officials said.

During the last 24 hours 3,150 tests were conducted in the capital and 48 men and 35 women tested positive, they said, adding the positivity rate was 2.6pc.
