Camel milk sale on the rise.

MUZAFFARGAR -- The sale of camel milk is thriving in the city as there is a shortage of pure milk.

A number of women are seen standing with their camels on the roadsides for selling milk and many people buy it from them.

Some people claim that because the vendors milk their camels in front of them that`s why camel milk is purer that the milk of buffaloes and cows, which they get from the milkmen or shops. Besides, it has potent ingredients that increase immunity, necessary to fight the coronavirus, which is at its peak these days in Pakistan.

Some local doctors advise the old and sick to drink camel milk, traditionally considered good for backbone and legs.

Rana Mumtaz, a resident of the city, says the milk his family gets from the milkman is not pure and the milkmen mix water and other things in it to sell in the city. He says he and his family are drinking camel mill( for the last two days.
