ISLAMABAD -- The federal cabinet on Thursday approved the appointment of Aftab Sultan, a retired officer of the Police Service of Pakistan (PSP), as Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif chaired the federal cabinet meeting through video link from Lahore.
