Buzdar to complete term, asserts Chohan.

GUJRAT -- Punjab Information Minister Fiazul Hassan Chohan has ruled out any change in the office of the Punjab chief minister, saying that Usman Buzdar will complete the remaining three and a half years term as the CM 'with complete authority and respect.'

'I belong to Rawalpindi which is the neighbouring city of Islamabad and if you understand the importance of this location then let me tell you that the Punjab CM will complete his tenure which I have been saying for the last six months,' Mr. Chohan said while responding to a question by a media man.

'As far as reservations of the PTI's allied parties are concerned let me clarify that they would be part of the coalition throughout the remaining tenure of three and a half years, he said talking to reporters at Gujrat Press Club here on Monday.

Earlier, the minister administered oath to the newly elected president of the press club, Mahmood Akhtar, and other office-bearers whereas Gujrat Deputy Commissioner Dr Khurrm Shahzad and District Police Officer Syed Touseef Haider were also present at the occasion. He said there was no crisis of flour in Punjab whereas the government had established at least 337 sale points and 181 truck points for the provision of commodity at control rates where so far 40,000 flour bags had been sold out of totally provided 50,000 bags.
