Bus driver tried to cross track without noticing approaching train: DS Railways.

SUKKUR -- Following the unfortunate collision between a passenger bus and Pakistan Express, DS Railways Sukkur talked to media and maintained that the bus driver tried to cross the track without noticing the approaching train, Dunya News reported on Saturday.

He claimed that a sign board was installed at the railway crossing. Further investigations into the matter are ongoing and responsible persons will be determined afterwards, he said.

It is pertinent here to mention that at least 20 people were killed including women and children, and 25 sustained injuries as Pakistan Express rammed into a passenger bus at unmanned Kandhra railway crossing near Rohri on Friday.
