Boy escapes assault bid.

HARIPUR -- A minor boy escaped molestation attempt when the area people reached the spot on the hue and cry of the victim in a remote village of Kotnajibullah union council here on Sunday.

Police quoted the boy's father of Ganjiyan village as saying that his 11-year-old son was on way to a shop when the accused from the same village dragged him to an under-construction house and attempted to sexually abuse him.
