Karachi -- Hascol Petroleum Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on July 06, 2020 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Annual Accounts for the period ended December 31, 2019.

Further, the company has declared the closed period from June 29, 2020 to July 06, 2020.

Hascol Petroleum Limited is engaged in the purchase, storage and sale of petroleum products such as Fuel Oil, High Speed Diesel, Gasoline, Jet A-1, LPG and Lubricants.
