Board of directors meeting of Ghandhara Nissan Limited.

Karachi -- Ghandhara Nissan Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on April 28, 2020 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Quarterly Accounts for the period ended March 31, 2020.

Further, the company has declared the closed period from April 21, 2020 to April 28, 2020.

The Ghandhara Nissan Limited (GNL), was incorporated in 1981 as a Private Limited Company having the sale licensee for the distribution of Nissan vehicles in CBU condition in Pakistan, later in 1992 it was converted into a Public Company listed in Karachi Stock Exchange. Ghandhara Nissan has Technical Assistance Agreement with Nissan, Japan and joint Venture Agreement with Nissan Diesel Company, Japan for the progressive Assembly of Passenger Cars, Light Commercial Vehicles and Heavy Duty Vehicles.
