Board of Director Meeting of National Investment Unit Trust.

Karachi -- National Investment Unit Trust informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the Share Transfer Books of the NIT Pakistan Gateway Exchange Traded Fund will be closed on July 13, 2020 in addition to the close period mentioned in the above-referred letter. Unit holders whose names appear in the Register of the aforesaid Fund as at the close of business on July 10, 2020 will be entitled to distribution, if any.
