Karachi -- Good luck Industries Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on September 09, 2019 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Annual Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2019 for declaration of any entitlement has been rescheduled on September 12, 2019.

Further, the company has declared the closed period from October 01, 2019 to October 08, 2019.
