Karachi: Shahtaj Textile Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on January 11, 2021, Mr. Muneer Nawaz is elected as Chairman of Board of Directors and Mr. M. Naeem is re-appointed as Chief Executive of the Company with effect from January 01, 2021 for a period of three years. Board also constituted Audit and Human Resource and Remuneration Committees of the Board for the tenure 2021-2023.
