Karachi -- Thatta Cement Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on July 17, 2020 at Karachi to consider the Budget for the Year 2020-2021.

Further, the company has declared the closed period from July 10, 2020 to July 17, 2020.

Thatta Cement Company Limited was incorporated in Pakistan in 1980 as a public limited company. It was a wholly owned subsidiary of the State Cement Corporation of Pakistan Private Limited.
