Karachi -- Thal Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on June 29, 2020 at Karachi to consider the approve Annual Budget for the Year 2020-2021.

Further, the company has declared the closed period from June 22, 2020 to June 29, 2020.
