Karachi -- Crescent Steel and Allied Products Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on June 30, 2020 at Karachi to consider the approve Annual plan Budget of the Company for the Year 2020-2021.

Further, the company has declared the closed period from June 24, 2020 to June 30, 2020.
