Karachi: Shaheen Insurance Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on June 10, 2020 at Karachi to consider approval of Quarter Accounts for the period ended March 31, 2020 is in progress.

Shaheen Insurance Company Limited was incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 in March 1995 as a public limited company. The company is a project of Shaheen Foundation set up by the Pakistan Air Force. Certificate of commencement of the business was acquired in July 1995. In November 1995 the company acquired the license of carrying the non life insurance business.
