BISP machine vendors held for cheating.

SUKKUR -- Jacobabad police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested seven cash machine vendors who were found deducting Rs2,000 each as commission from the poor BISP card holder women's monetary aid.

Tower check-post in-charge Aftab Tarin detained seven vendors identified as Ameer Ali Lahar, Mehboob Ali Manganhar, Fida Hussain Abro, Asif Ali Rind, and others who were found fleecing the poor women while helping them draw their cash from automated teller machines.

He said that adding during interrogation, the suspects confessed to have extorting Rs2,000 each by takig advantage of the poor women's illiteracy and ignorance.

No case was registered against the suspected agents till the filing of this report.
