BISP beneficiaries protest against illegal deduction of their stipends.

MITHI -- A number of women, beneficiaries of Benazir Income Support Program very recently renamed as Ehsas Kifalat Program protested against the agents of HBL Distribution Centers for allegedly deducting Rs 800 to Rs 1000 from the stipend of Rs 9,000 without any reason. The women, who had come to collect the stipend, were shocked to know that the amount is being deducted without assigning any reason.
