Beautification plan chalked out for Rawalpindi.

Rawalpindi -- The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has chalked out a plan to beautify the Metropolitan City in order to upgrade its outlook.

A sum of 1% of the overall development budget of Rawalpindi District will be allocated for the beatification process of the city. It was decided in a meeting of RDA chaired by Provincial Minister for Law, Raja Basharat.

Buildings, walls along Murree and Rawal Road and Metro Track will be got painted in the first place.

Number of traffic signals will be reduced and gymnasiums will be made functional. A sum of Rs 90 million will be spent on upgrading and making gymnasiums functional.
