Banned ISIS commander, other terrorist arrested; explosives recovered.

RAWALPINDI -- Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Punjab has arrested two suspected terrorists including commander of banned outfit ISIS from Rawalpindi during an intelligence-based operation, sources informed on Wednesday. The detained terrorists were identified as Khalid alias Muhammad Nabi, the Daesh Commander, and Farooq Abbas. The CTD also recovered explosives from their possession and registered cases against them. According to the sources, CTD Punjab raided in Rawalpindi and held most wanted Daesh Commander Khalid and seized explosives from his possession.
