Balochistan ravaged by rains; quake in north.

QUETTA -- Pre-monsoon rains have wreaked havoc in parts of northern and central Balochistan, causing heavy floods and damage to crops and properties.

Separately, a 5.1 magnitude quake rocked the northern half of the country, being felt in Peshawar, Islamabad, Lahore and other parts of KP and Punjab.

Over a dozen people were killed in rains-related incidents in Balochistan.
