Bahawalpur face Lahore in blind cricket final.

ATTOCK -- Bahawalpur and Lahore won their semi-finals against their respective rivals to book their places in the final of NBP Blind Cricket Grade-1 Trophy here on Tuesday.

Both the teams showcased brilliant performances to win their ties. The first semifinal was played between Bahawalpur and Gujranwala at the Attock Cricket Stadium. Bahawalpur after winning the toss elected to field first. Gujranwala piled up 176 for 5 in 20 over.

Muhammad Akram and Israr ul Hassan were the top scorers with 75 and 64, respectively. Babar Ali claimed three wickets while Muhammad Usman took two wickets.

In reply, Bahawalpur raced the target of 177 in just 15.3 overs. Moeen Aslam once again was the architect for their win, scoring 78 while Muhammad Rashid made 52. Talha and Abu Zar shared a wicket apiece for Gujranwala. Babar Ali was awarded Man of the Match for his brilliant spell.
