Arrested mugger turns out to be 'PTI LG candidate' in Karachi.

KARACHI -- A mugger, who was arrested red-handed by police in Karachi's Baldia Town, turned out to be a candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for recently-held local government (LG) election, media reported on Monday.

According to details, the police arrested a mugger in injured condition as he was beaten up by citizens in Karachi's Baldia Town.
