Karachi: Orix Modaraba informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the registrar of Modaraba Companies and Modaraba has approved the appointment of Mr. Nadim D. Khan as Director of the Orix Services Pakistan (Private) Limited - the Management Company of the Company with effect from June 12, 2020.
Orix Modaraba was formed under the Modaraba Companies Modaraba Floatation and control Ordinance, 1980 in Pakistan in 1987. The rules of the company are framed under the Standard Chartered Services of Pakistan Private Limited. The management company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan Limited.
