Karachi: Media Times Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that Mr. Shehrvar Ali Taseer has been re-appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Mrs. Aamna Taseer has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from June 29, 2020 for the terms of next three years.
Media Times Limited is a company incorporated in Pakistan on June 26, 2001 as a Private Limited Company. The company was later converted into Public Limited Company on March 6, 2007. The foundations of the company are laid under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The stocks of the company are quoted on the Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges of Pakistan.
