Karachi: Kohinoor Industries Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that Mr. Muhammad Zeid Yousaf Saigol has been appointed as Chief Executive of the Company for a term of three years with effect from March 24, 2020 in accordance with the provisions of Section 187 of the Companies Act, 2017.
