Karachi: Al-Noor Sugar Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Zia Zakaria as Chairman of the board of the company with effect from June 8, 2020 in place of Mr. Mohammad Yusuf Ayoob.
Al-Noor Sugar Mills Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on August 08, 1969 as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1913 now referred to as the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The principal activity of the company is manufacturing sugar, medium density fiber board and power generation. The registered office of the company is located in Karachi.
