Judges Appointment: Sc Moved for Hearing
A petition seeking immediate hearing into a case pertaining to appointment of judges in the Islamabad High Court was moved in the Supreme Court on Thursday.
Petitioner Nadim Ahmed filed the plea through his counsel Advocate Akram Sheikh stating that delaying tactics were being adopted to create hurdles in the way of justice by not issuing a notification regarding appointment of judges despite the fulfilment of constitutional process.
