Anomalies alleged in recruitment of class-IV employees.

CHITRAL -- The local leaders of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl have alleged irregularities in the appointments of class-IV employees in health department in Chitral district. They asked the provincial government to cancel the appointments within one week and conduct fresh interviews for the purpose.

Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, Maulana Abdur Rahman, Hafiz Inam Memon, Maulana Fathul Bari and others said that the district health officer did not bother to consult with the JUI-F MPA from the district and violated the formula set by the government for appointment of class-IV employees.

They said that as per formula, the local MPA should be consulted by the department for filling any class-IV vacancy in his constituency. They said that the formula was applied in all districts except Chitral.
