Annual general meeting of Shahtaj Sugar Mills Limited to be held on January 27, 2021.

Karachi -- Shahtaj Sugar Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on January 27, 2021 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of 17th Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 28, 2020, to receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended September 30, 2020 together with the Directors and Auditors Reports thereon, to appoint auditors of the Company for the year 2020-2021 and fix their remuneration.

Further, the closed period of the company is from January 21, 2021 to January 28, 2021 (both days inclusive).
