Annual general meeting of Mehran Sugar Mills Limited to be held on February 12, 2021.

Karachi: Mehran Sugar Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2021 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of Annual General Meeting held on January 28, 2020, to receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company together with the Directors and Auditors Reports thereon for the year ended September 30, 2020, to consider and approve 5% bonus shares i.e. 5 shares for every 100 shares held by the members, in addition to interim dividend already issued @ 12.5% i.e. Rs. 1.25 per share for the year ended September 30, 2020 ad recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company and to appoint auditors for the year ending September 30, 2021 and fix their remuneration.

Further, the closed period of the company is from February 05, 2021 to February 12, 2021 (both days inclusive).
