Karachi: Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on March 31, 2020 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting to receive, consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2019 together with the Directors and Auditors Reports thereon, to approve, as recommended by the Board of Directors, final dividend @ 25% (Rs. 2.50 per share) in the form of cash for the year ended December 31, 2019 and to elect eight Directors as fixed by the Board and to appointed Auditors for the financial year ending December 31, 2020 and fix their remuneration.

Further, the closed period of the company is from March 20, 2020 to March 31, 2020 (both days inclusive).
