Annual general meeting of Engro Fertilizers Limited to be held on March 01, 2020.

Karachi: Engro Fertilizers Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on March 01, 2020 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will to receive, consider and adopt the Standalone and consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2019 together with the Directors and Auditors Reports thereon, to declare, as recommended by the Director, the Payment of a final cash dividend at the rate of PKR 2.00 (20%) for the year ended December 31, 2019 and to appoint auditors for the year 2020 and fix their remuneration.

Further, the closed period of the company is from March 25, 2020 to March 31, 2020 (both days inclusive).
