Annual general meeting of Faisal Spinning Mills Limited to be held on October 26, 2019.

Karachi: Faisal Spinning Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on October 26, 2019 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will to confirm the minutes of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 29, 2018, to receive, consider and adopt the audited financial statements of the company for the year ended June 30, 2019 together with the Auditors' and Directors' Report thereon, to approve the cash dividend @ 185.00% (i.e. PKR 18.50 per share) for the year ended June 30, 2019, as recommended by the Board of Directors, to appoint the auditors for the next term i.e. year 2019-2020 and fix their remuneration and to transact any other business with the permission of the chairman.
