Annual General Meeting of Sindh Abadgar's Sugar Mills Limited to be held on January 18, 2019.

Karachi -- Sindh Abadgar's Sugar Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that Annual General Meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on January 18, 2019 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be to receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended September 30, 2018 together with the Chairman's Review, Directors' and Auditors' reports thereon, to approve Final Cash Dividend @16% (i.e. Rs.1.6/-) per Ordinary Share as recommended by the Board of Directors and to appoint Statutory Auditors and fix their remuneration.

Further, the closed period of the company is from January 10, 2019 to January 18, 2019 (both days inclusive).
