Amna outplays India's Harshitta Adivi on first day.

ISLAMABAD -- Promising Pakistan youngster Amna Ali Qayum comfortably tamed India's Sai Harshitta Adivi on the opening day of the NBP-PTF International Juniors Championship here at the PTF Complex on Monday.

Showing brilliant performance, Amna outclassed her Indian rival 6-1, 6-0.

Meanwhile, four Pakistan players - Bilal Asim, Abdullah Adnan, Hamid Israr Gul and Raza Ghaus - after defeating their respective opponents qualified for the boys singles second round.

Top seed Aarav Samrat Hada of Nepal tamed Pakistan's Haider Ali 6-4, 6-2.

Twenty-four foreign players are participating in boys and girls singles (18 and under).
