Amanullah recovering fast, still in hospital.

LAHORE -- Veteran comedian Amanullah, who was admitted to a hospital a week ago, is getting better.

'My father is getting better. He is still admitted to Bahria Town Hospital. Doctors say he will get discharged after a month and that there is a reason for keeping him here for so many days. Doctors want to ensure there are no complications,' said Amanat Aman, the veteran artist's son.

A versatile stage, TV and film actor, Amanullah has entertained at least three generations with his particular style of spontaneous comedy.
