ISLAMABAD -- Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir visited Corps Headquarters Peshawar on Saturday. According to a press release issued by Inter: Services Public Relations (ISPR), General Syed Asim Munir was given a detailed briefing on the prevailing security situation and ongoing counterterrorism efforts. The Army Chief appreciated the professional competence, performance and achievements of Law Enforcement Agencies in the ongoing fight against terrorism, the ISPR said.
